Please note that due to the extended COVID-19 lockdowns and current high volume of deliveries,
customers may experience additional waiting times in delivery. Our delivery couriers have been
working hard to ensure that you receive your items as fast as possible.
Our Shipping Policy
We take every effort to ensure that you receive your order securely, fast and in the most efficient
manner. Once you place your order, we aim to dispatch within 24-48 business hours although we
may experience delays in times of high demand.
Shipping & Delivery In Australia
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for all orders over $50
$9.95 Standard Shipping - allow 2-7 business days for metro areas*
$14.95 Express Shipping - (maximum 2 items) - allow 1-5 business days for metro areas*

Customers outside metropolitan areas or in regional areas might need to wait an additional 2-4 days
for good to be received.
Purchases are processed and shipped during business days, if you make a purchase on a weekend or
public holiday please note that these days are not included in waiting times for deliveries.
If you are placing an order through an alternative payment route like Afterpay, please note your
order is only dispatched once the payment has finished processing.
On dispatch, you will receive your tracking number through your email to assist you in estimating it’s
more approximate time of being delivered.
Customs, Taxs & Currency
Dhilloud is unable to provide customs and sales tax costs on purchases for international orders. Once
your order has reached your country, your local customs authority will notify you about any
necessary information and fees. They will calculate the amount of any taxes (if applicable) that must
be paid before good can be received.
The customer is responsible for paying any custom duties, taxes, or other applicable fees on
purchases.
All orders in Australia will include the 10% GST and is exempt from any additional taxes or custom
duty fees.
All prices listed on the website are in Australian dollars (AUD). It should be noted that conversion
rates vary daily, which means your calculated conversion estimate may change after the item is
dispatched. Banks may also charge a small currency conversion fee for this service.
PLEASE NOTE: in order to comply with Australian export regulations, Dhilloud staff are required to
declare the exact value of items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We cannot,
by the law, mark any order as a “gift.”
Finishing Up Your Purchase
Please ensure that you double check your shipping and billing details, and make sure that all
selected colours and sizes are correct. Any field in the order form marked with (*) indicates that
information is mandatory, to assist us in processing your order
In the case that your package becomes ‘Returned to Sender’ because of wrong or missing shipping
details you may incur additional postage costs to receive your goods.
