Returns & Exchanges
At Dhilloud, it is important to use that you love all the items you purchase from our store.
We know that online shopping can have it’s added difficulty of not being able to see the item in
person or to try it on. Which is why we are happy to accept your item within 30 days of purchase,
ensuring that it meets the following conditions:
- Proof of purchase (receipt or packaging slip) within 30 days must be provided
- Items are unworn, in original condition and packaging
- Items are full priced (sale items can be returned for an exchange or store credit only
Faulty Items
For any faulty items, please email us at EMAIL-ADDRESS-HERE with a photo and information on your items before returning your package to us.How Do I Process A Return?
- Contact our team at EMAIL-ADDRESS-HERE with your order number and post code.
- Inform us of your reason for your return or exchange.
- We will send you a return label to place on the packaging and deduct a small fee $7.95 of the refund to cover this cost.
- Print and attach your label to the parcel, and return to your local Post Office or Post Box.
- On receiving your return/exchange, our team will process your request within 48 business hours. Please note returns may take additional business days to show up on your account based on your bank.
